Higgins is a delightful small dog rescued from a high kill shelter just in the nick of time. He s only about 3 years old very friendly and easy going. Higgins gets along well with his foster sisters and everyone he meets. He s house trained quiet and very smart. Higgins walks nicely on a leash and rides well in the car. He s an easy dog to adopt and even easier to love. Higgins will make a very devoted and loving addition to just about any home. He s playful without being hyper and not at all hippy like some small dogs. He s only about 3 yrs old and weighs about 9 lbs. We ve had Higgins neutered fully vaccinated including rabies and microchipped.
