Whatever neglect or cruelty that lurks in Red s past is firmly behind him. He s forgiven and bears no grudges. He was found wandering as a stray - and had obviously been attacked by something WAY meaner than himself. His wounds have mostly healed and all that remains are the small shaved areas where they were treated by the shelter folks. Red has some impaired vision issues and we are awaiting the vet s assessment but he doesn t appear to be completely blind. He does suffer from a serious case of Happy Tail. After 16 or so hours on the transport from Kentucky he arrived at the vet s office and proceeded to greet each patient in the waiting room with a smile and a madly wagging tail. He is as friendly and lovable as they come. Red is SUCH a nice boy - a stocky red and white beagle who is going to make someone a devoted companion. You know he s a keeper when the transport driver introduces him by saying I just love this boy After his vetting assessment and neuter are taken care of Red will be interviewing for a permanent position on someone s couch....
