Quincy is a delightfully funny 10 year old terrier. He loves his 3 mile walks everyday as well as play time with the other dogs the neighbor children and he has been found sleeping next to his foster mom s cat SPECIAL NEEDS Quincy wears a belly band while in the house. He will bark loudly to go outside but if someone isn t there to let him out right away he just can t hold it.
