The ideal candidate is someone that has worked in the green industry for 2-5 years has been in a leadership role and has some type of formal education (not necessarily in the green industry). The successful candidate will display a can-do attitude a developed problem solving capacity strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral) excellent organization and time management skills and the ability to learn. Areas of responsibility will include -- Complete functioning ability as a Team Leader on a mowing or landscape maintenance enhancement crew. -- Experience in all phases of landscaping as it pertains to specific position i.e. commercial residential mowing and edging on a mow crew or plant ID pruning mulching on a landscape maintenance enhancement crew. -- Ability to lead coach train Team Member including written evaluations of Team Member. -- Ability to provide feedback to Field Manager on job progress or areas of concern. -- Ability to self-critique ask for help listen to feedback for improvement -- Maintain tools equipment truck trailer. -- Maintain a safe working environment. -- Ability to review job schedule as well as recording job hours. -- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. -- Snow removal services (snow plow) during winter months. This position is full-time year around and includes a competitive wage. We offer a benefit package consisting of medical dental and 40lk. These positions are lead-ins to our Field Manager roles.
