Puppy adopters need to ensure that the puppy - Has a potty social interaction break every three or four hours until 6 months old to ensure house training success. - Gets plenty of daily play time and walks. - Has regular interaction with kids adults and other dogs to ensure positive socialization. - We will not place two pups from the same litter together. - Puppy adoption fee is 325 and there is a spay neuter deposit of 50 which is refundable when pup is spayed neutered. - A contract with a training addendum & spay neuter addendum will be completed before a puppy heads home. - Gets the vaccinations in accordance with the Lab Rescue Puppy Protocol and other care as recommended by their vet. - Goes to a formal training program when the puppy is six months old in addition to in-home training efforts. - Spayed as required by six months of age by 15 October 2016.
