Mama Mia loving and sweet She isn t much more than a baby herself but she just weaned a litter of puppies. We are sure if Mia had a choice in the matter she would not have wanted to have babies in an animal shelter and add to the over population. But you will never find a better mama. This girl was a fantastic mom to her babies but now it s her turn to be someone s baby. She amazes us how caring she is with her pups and how trusting she is of the staff and volunteers. She is protective and loving with her pups and was never aggressive or anxious when her little ones were handled. She is friendly and good on a lead. And is a very loving gentle soul. She loves being with people and even in the play yard wants to snuggle with her human friends. She is still just an adolescent craving love and attention herself. More than anything in the world she wants to please her human and feel accepted. She is good with other dogs and totally trusts her handler to keep her safe when walking by barking dogs. She loves treats and takes them gently. She is housebroken. She will be spayed microchipped heartworm tested and current on vaccinations.
