This is Chi he is a neutered male Shih-Tzu somewhere between 2 and 5 years old and blind. He desperately needs a foster adopt right away. He needs to be an only dog in a calm home with no children. Chi is not fully housebroken due to his blindness. He was rescued as a street dog in Yuma and had nearly died from tick and flea infestation but he is healthy and spunky now.
