Building Services Specialist at Resthaven Full-Time Position Position responsibilities include performing all aspects of building services environmental safety and security under the direction of the Building Services manager. Be available on-call and maintain flexibility to work outside the normal schedule. Performs preventative and corrective maintenance repairs to building plumbing heating cooling electrical inspections and equipment testing for effective functioning sanitary conditions and attractive building appearance.
