Part-Time Bookkeeper (Pilsen)

Hello there We own a small business (Gluten & Dairy-free cookie company) and we re looking for a part-time bookkeeper. Our current (and fantastic) bookkeeper is leaving us on August 1st so looking to hire someone before Monday the 15th in order to have two weeks for training transitioning. Responsibilities will include but not limited to Monthly bank & credit reconciliation Account Receivables (roughly 50 vendors) Quarterly P& L reports Employee payroll integration Must be QuickBooks online proficient. This job will likely require 2-4 hours weekly. It s a remote position however we would insist on 1-2 hours of onsite work with us every two weeks. Our office is in Pilsen with free parking and close to public transportation.
