My name is Everest. I am available for adoption through Colorado Canine Rescue (CCR) a nonprofit dog rescue located in the Denver area. I came to CCR from Deming New Mexico. There is very little history on me. CCR has been told I am a Lab mix breed mix but that is just a guess made by shelter staff rescue volunteers and our veterinarians. Let me tell you a little bit about me. I am a very smart 7 month old puppy who weighs about 45 lbs. That means I still have plenty of puppy fun but am starting to be a wise grown up dog. I was lucky enough to be a part of a prison training program where I learned all kinds of commands. Can I show you how smart I am My foster mom says that I help with my chores and I am curious about everything. I just want to be a part of the action I am kennel trained and can be totally trusted. Just look at my sweet face. Of course I m a good dog If I m not out exploring the yard or playing with the other dogs I m happy to curl up at your feet. I love taking daily walks and do quite well with a halti headcollar. I m the perfect mix of fun and calm sweet and curious. I just want a family to call my own.
