This boy named Rankin is one cool DOG He is a 17 pound Jack Russell Beagle mix that has the softest and most beautiful coat of semi long fur that is the whitest of white and the blackest of blacks.His dark and piercing eyes just stop you dead in your tracks when you meet him. At a young age of just 3 years this boy found himself in a high kill Tennessee shelter and was near death. The over crowdingnOf the southern shelters produces the most painful of stories for these homeless dogs who never get a chance to leave alive. Rankin is a one in a million boy who is spared and we intend for him to spreadnHis special personality and love to the right family or persons. He is a sniffer and an explorer when it comes to the great outdoors. He is wonderful with all the other dogs in the foster home and is happy andVery friendly as he meets new people.
