Hootie wFleetwood - Female Pigeon

Hootie is a shy little Homing pigeon (the kind bred used & lost in dove releases ) who was lucky enough to get taken to a shelter when she got lost and needed help. The shelter doesn t place birds so she was put on our waiting list and after a month we were able to fit her in. I m so glad that we were able to help her not only for Hootie but also for her very happy new husband Fleetwood He is a special needs pigeon who has been wanting a mate for months and now he is so proud to be married to beautiful little Hootie. They are available for adoption together and will do best in a small easy going flock. Currently Fleetwood still requires daily handfeeding (his upper beak was torn off in a predator attack) but we are still hopeful that someday and in the right setting he ll be able to self-feed.Please apply to adopt -X -.----.- birds apply-to-foster-or-adopt ...
