Adele is a white sheperd who is from Clayton County Ga. She was brought into animal control and it is suspected that she was hit by a car as she cannot stand and has wounds consistent with. She is currently with our veterinary partner receiving treatment. Adele suffered some injury to her spine and that is healing. Unfortunately she will probably lose her injured leg. The good news is that she is alive and should do fine with 3 legs. Our experience has been that most dogs recover quickly and learn how to get along quite fast.
