Meet Matilda Matilda is an 8 month and 9 pound chihuahua mix girl whose previous ower was evicted. He left her in the back yard tied with an embedded collar and left. A month later he returned and saw her back there and brought her to animal control. Matilda is a Rescue Dogs Rock NYC girl now and she is getting care for her wounds. She was in extreme pain Our veterinary partners removed the embedded collar and cleaned the maggots from her wounds. Matilda is up to date on shots and has been spayed.
