Subject Seeking Medical Assistants ASAP (Part-Time) Southlake medically supervised weight loss clinic is looking for a part time experienced Medical Assistant. We offer a family type working environment & great schedule. Compensation based on experience. Please send resume with cover letter AND salary requirements immediately to karriecook(at)cs.com Responsibilities will include but are not limited to Weekly patient visits meal food consultations with new patients taking blood pressure giving injections measuring and recording resident s vital signs blood pressure weight administering injections reporting adverse reactions to medication monitoring patients diets and weight loss success and other duties as assigned.Ideal candidate will possess the following Licensed Medical Assistant in good standing with State Licensing Authority-Minimum 3 months experience Experience working in weight loss clinic bariatric unit a plus but not required Ability to follow verbal and written directions to supervise effectively assigned staff to work effectively with others in a responsible and cooperative manner. Work in conjunction with the Clinical Director RN Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate our weight loss program and diet to new patients effectively Must be Dependable and have solid time management skills Must be able to read write and understand English. Candidate must present a professional appearance & must be committed to delivering exemplary patient care Submit to employment reference verification and a criminal background check (If selected for an interview Please bring the following documents) Soc.
