Free 5 year old dog

I have a 5 year old basset hound lab mix dog that belonged to a friend. She is not able to take her dog back. He has been at my home for a month with children ranging from 8-1 year. He is excellent with them and we have had not problems. He is housetrained and used to live with other dogs and children in the country. He is solid black and short. He weighs 40 pounds so he is not really big. He will come with extra food a leash food and water bowl and one month of flea treatment. I also have pictures and can text them to you for anyone interested. He is a very sweet dog and really lazy He is able to stay with us until Friday 6 25 then he will be taken to the pound.
