Sadly he was found as a stray and was going to be euthanized because he is disabled. When he was networked to us we knew we couldn t turn him away Cornelius is about 3 years old and weighs about 12 pounds. He has hair not fur which makes him hypoallergenic Sadly Cornelius is paralyzed from the waist down. We are not sure what caused him to lose sensation in his legs but thankfully he still has control over his bowl movements This adorable guy loves to roll around in his custom doggy wheelchair He does well with other dogs and is a very happy-go-lucky guy. We know his disability seems daunting but it really doesn t make him much different than other dogs.
