Meet Ghost He is a beautiful 2 year old husky lab mix. Ghost weighs about 65 pounds and is at a healthy weight. He is housebroke and gets along with other dogs and can be very playful outside. If he s out in the yard alone he loves to lay in the sun and enjoy the breeze. Ghost is friendly to everyone but it does take him a little time to warm up to strangers. Once you re his friend he loves to roll over for a nice belly rub or ear scratching. He is mellow and laid back inside and is more active outside. Ghost is an intelligent dog who thrives when he knows what to do to make you happy. He would enjoy and excell at an obedience class or other training to exercise his brain and his body. He loves to go for walks but could use some practice he s a moderate puller worse at the start when he s excited. Ghost would most like a companion who wants to spend time with him and just show him some love. He is content to lay around and watch you go about your day but loves a good snuggle session too. Ghost is trusted loose at his current foster home and is well behaved. He either has never been crate trained or it was abused and causes him some anxiety when in one. Dogs have been heartworm tested and if appropriate (age and time of year) all dogs and puppies are given heartworm preventative. All are given medication to rid them of roundworms and checked and treated for fleas & ear mites if needed. Dogs and puppies are given distemper vaccines and depending on how long the pet has been in foster care additional distemper vaccine(s) may be necessary and the expense will be incurred by the adopter. Any canine over 4 months of age is brought current on the Rabies vaccine. Additional vet care may have been provided depending on the particular animal s needs. Dogs are individually priced as above. Please note that we do not ship dogs and we cannot guarantee that a long trip to see a foster dog will result in an adoption or taking the dog home on that day.
