Have You Seen The Recent Interest Rates On CD s?

The interest rates on CD s today are embarrassing. One bank in my area has a less than 1 percent rate. I remember not too many years ago before the economy collapsed that there were rates of 15 percent and better. That means if you invest 2500 you would only be getting back 25 dollars interest a year.
