Manage landscape projects - manage crew estimate cost of projects. Recruit and hire landscape staff and crew Work with heavy tools and equipment skid loaders jackhammers bobcat shovels and more Drive heavy equipment trucks skid steer and bobcats Assist in the landscape construction patios walkways retaining walls fences decks and more Enforce policies and procedures Employee training supervisor and more High School Diploma GED or equivalent 3 to 10 years experience in landscape management and foreman experience Self-starter time management strong customer service and management skills Must have or will to take a CDL license and DOT Health Inspection card Work in the whole Twin Cities Metro and pick up and drop off equipment at office. Must have a clean driver s record and pass a background check
