Sr. Subcontracts Administrator

This position is located in our VA Fairfax facility Responsibilities to include Cradle to grave subcontracts administration in primarily a federal government contracting environment (i.e. proposal support contract award and administration to subcontract closeout). Participate as a key team member and provide support to proposal teams during the proposal development process providing guidance and direction relevant to subcontractor requirements. Participates in teaming agreement and strategic marketing alliance negotiations between company and outside sources. Develop subcontractor RFPs in compliance with FAR agency supplements and customer solicitation requirements.
