This is a fully renovated mobile home in the Lake Waldena Park Resort. The kitchen has tile flooring and the living room and hallway is all laminate leading down to a fully tiled tub and floor in the bathroom All the plumbing in the bathroom has been redone The 2 bedrooms have new carpet. The entire inside has paneling that has been completely cleaned and then refurbished with liquid gold to restore its original appearance. The yard is well maintained but needs some landscaping to your style. There are many trees in the yard and around the park therefore this is florida and you can landscape the yard to fit your needs. The roof was installed in the vicinity of the year 2003 and has had no problems whatsoever. The driveway is asphalt with a bordered apron to prevent storm runoff from gathering in the driveway. Also the driveway has been cleaned and sealed. The home also has a interior shed where the washer is kept and there is an avaiable spot inside to store a dryer or store tools. Also there is a fully screened florida room where you can sit and enjoy a relaxing moment at your descresion. All the appliances are functional and have been well kept. The home is furnished and is an excellent deal for a retired couple or anyone over the 55 year (young) age. As far as the people in the park they are all quite pleasant and the park management will not allow any unruley occupants but for the most part we lived there for many years and no complaints with the managment or any of the homeowners within the park. Great place to relax and unwind.
