I am 25 years old of age and have received certificates from New York Bartending School in the year of 2011. It clearly states that I am Licensed by the New York State Education Department and that I am qualified as a Bartender Mixologist.Having successfully completed 40 hour New York State Approved Course of study in Bartending and have passed the required test in MIxology Spirit & Liqueur Beer Wines Customer Service and Alcohol Aqareness is entitled to receive this certificate. In testimony thereof I have been Awarded This Certificate On This 29th Day of April 2011. I have also received Hospitality Wine Service Certificate as well which we had to have general knowledge about wines and how to make them. There are generally about 5 wines that are out there which are made from grapes which are Shiraz Nebbiolo Sangiovese Zinfandel Gamay Grenache Malbec Cabernet Franc Rioja Chianti Pinot Noir and Merlot.Boredaux Rioja Chianti Pinot Noir and Merlot are fine red wines. Meanwhile since they are red wines there are also white wines as well which are Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc Pinot Gris Riesling Semillion and Moscato. They have also taught me which countries they come from. They also taught me about draft beers ales stouts and porter beers. The school taught me also 120 different types of mixed drinks which are fairly common in the bars and restaurants which commonly include the mojito caipirinha martini s and Manhattans as well as common wine and brandy drinks as well. One of the most commonly wedding drinks that they taught me was the Famously called Bellini. By the certifications we had to know all about flavors of mixed drinks what countries the whiskey s came from what varietals of grapes were used to make wines and what garnishes were put into each and every drink as well as draft beers and where they came from as well. They also gave us a test in which we had to make 20 different kinds of mixed drinks underneath the time limit of 5 minutes. I have finally been able to get these certifications within the year of 2011. I have worked at many of events and parties as well as in restaurants and lounges. I have did two events which were at the famously called Celebrity Catwalk which is a commonly Fashion Show that takes place in Manhattan Ramscale Studio which is also in Manhattan as well I did a Wedding Reception over there as well as work at commonly held places such as Black Birds Walter s Pub Murphy s Tavern & at Idenitiy Lounge. I enjoyed working at each and every one of them. I am in turn though looking for more opportunities as well.
