She was later used as a broodmare and we were told her babies went on to be shown in reining. Annie s current owner used her periodically as a trail horse. She visited many state riding areas Uwharrie Raven Rock and local organized trail rides. She rode mostly in groups from 5 to hundreds with dogs etc. Some trips even included overnight stays on a picket line. She settled easily when hauled. Annie has been placed back into work slowly gradually dusting off the rust. She has a good stop back and turn around. She rocks back on her hocks and neck reins well in just a snaffle. Annie has an amazing Cadillac jog and has returned to trail rides like a pro. She crosses water mud logs slows for tight trail maneuvering does not speed up in open areas and she rarely spooks....
