Must pass DOT Drug Test administered at company authorized site No more than three (3) minor violations & no accidents in the past three (3) years Or... No more than two (2) minor violations & 1 accident in the past three (3) years Or... any combination No DUIs or Reckless driving convictions in the past ten (10) years. Never in a Commercial Motor Vehicle. No Excessive speeds (15 MPH or more) or following too close.
