The Explorer clinical research study is not enrollingEXPLORER is a clinical research study designed to learn of a combination of 3 EDA-approved drugs --- vedolizumab adalimumab and oral methrotrxate --- work when taken together in patients recently diagnosed with Crohn s disease (CD) who may be at higher risk to disease-related complications. The use of these drugs in this study is investigational.Eligibility CriteriaParticipants may be eligible if they are between 18 and 65 years of age at the time of screening for the study have been diagnosed with CD within 24 months prior to screening in the study currently have moderate-to-severe active CD and are at high risk for complications which will be assessed during screening for the study are able and willing to comply with the study visit schedule and instructions they are givenIf you qualify and agree to participate the study treatment and study-related care will be provided to you at no cost.
