This position is located in our DC Washington facility The preferred candidate will oversee Tier 1 and 2 operations in a 24 7 Service Desk IT support environment at various Headquarters locations in the DC Metro area. The preferred candidate may have as many as 10 direct reports in three different locations. The preferred candidate will conduct and analyze report metrics and report trends to upper management.
