Oh hi My name is Chip and I have come a long way since arriving at the DCSPCA When I got here I was very scared of meeting new people. I m still nervous meeting new people but with a lot of love from the staff and volunteers here I m learning quickly that people are pretty nice. I m a very attentive smart boy and I ve learned that if I sit or lay down I get yummy treats I like that What I like even more is to give kisses and get petted. Some of the people here say I m a real good cuddler .
