Program Manager- Training Services

The Program Manager (PM) is primary assigned to assist the Area Manager with the day-to-day supervision of the project. The PM supervises and directs front line project staff while working together with a mentoring Area Regional Manager to build partnerships to secure additional sustaining funding including assisting with grant development. The PM is responsible for the coordination operation and performance of the program. This includes the management of EFM data. The PM provides assists with front line staff training.
