Puppy free to good home

I rescued a puppy who some idiot threw out a car window. I feel he deserves a good home with a yard kids ect Hes about six months black white markings. Hes teething so hes biting everything im just being honestHes so lovable and loves attention but not so much a lap dog. But i will not tolerate him being tied up outside or used for fighting or baitI just want him in a good home where he will be loved.
