We are both licensed CPR and First Aid certified and have a Teacher s LEVEL III SENIOR TEACHER level of experience thru Idaho Stars childcare program. We care for an average of 6 to 8 kids per day. Children range in age from 7mo s up to 12yr s. We have two large areas for play and also outside These areas are a living room and also a large sunroom. There are also plenty of toys and play equipment both inside and out with a fully fenced backyard. We have been at this for 16 yr s we enjoy our job & love caring for kids. We offer a loving safe learning environment and we have a variety of fun activities and projects to keep them having fun while also learning. The children are kept occupied and busy by many of these listed below We provide Fun creative ways to get the children to work on their Coordination & Fine Motor Skills. Blocks & puzzle time & time with inter-active games and learning. EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES Our environment is conducive to learning. We work with the children in the areas of Pre-School and Kindergarten here are examples ABC s and 123 s Colors Shapes & numbers etc... Arts & crafts & some Computer games and learning. We incorporate learning workbooks games & flashcards computer learning etc. . . Indoor and Outdoor play w lots of play equipment. A large screen TV for Movies and Cartoons Fun Games for indoors and out. Small hoop-Basketball indoors & in summer Tag games and other outdoor games. Singing and even sometimes a bit of dancing. Warm weather Trampoline and huge 10ft water slide and pool. A second large swimming pool. (18x 18ft wide ) Arts and Crafts Projects Dramatic Play (with many interesting costumes for dress-up) & puppet shows. Story time & reading & a quiet time. There are also various fun and learning & stimulation activities such as cooking Science experiments water play Movie Day & Cartoons etc... Periodic FIELDTRIPS to Zoo s and Parks and In-door Jungle Gyms Swimming Pools for the older children especially.
