Accountable for ensuring all manufacturing processes for paint (hard coat) activities are in compliance manufacture products meet customer requirements. Have strong background in processing and understanding of paint or hard coat. Directly supervises Team Leaders and Process Technicians. Accountable for ensuring paint (hard coat) manufacturing products meet customer safety and quality requirements. Direct the activities of the manufacturing operations in the Hard coating Department. Work closely with Process Technicians Team Leaders Scheduling Engineers Quality and Maintenance staff at our three-shift operation including weekends when necessary.
