House Share Situation URGENTLY Needed by Fun, Easygoing, Mature

Hello Ladies. I m an over 55 year old woman searching to find a home to share with another Golden Girl. I don t have the home yet but know there are a couple of lovely places both in Casta Del Sol in Mission Viejo and in the over 55 community of Laguna Woods right now. Let s look together to find one we both love. How about one that s 1450 sq. feet or more with a minimum of three bedrooms two baths and at least one garage (I m also open to other areas in South Orange County.) My budget is 1125 per month plus half the utilities. By the way I m quite normal and don t smoke or drink. I don t mind if you enjoy a little wine just not gallons a day.
