Blue Quaker with California Cage

Hi there I am needing to rehome my exquisite blue quaker approximately. years old. He talks and is learning new words all the time...I just dont have enough time to spend with him. His name is Cooper and he says his own name....will answer when you call....gives kisses...etc... I am trying to get ready for a surgery and cannot take care of him like I know I want him to be taken care of due to the surgery...thus I m rehoming him to a loving person who will spend time with him and talk to him...He requires about an hour per day...and sometimes he will beg for more time...Cooper does not eat seed as he is on a pellet diet. Cooper also loves real food like peas carrots amp sometimes pumpkin seeds. Images and contact info on Advertigo website....
