First Mount Zion Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Youth Minister responsible for planning and implementing creative youth programs for grades 6th 12th and providing spiritual guidance encouragement and theologically sound direction. The Youth Minister collaborates with the Minister of Christian Education to develop and implement opportunities for spiritual growth fellowship personal development parental involvement and service. A Master of Divinity preferred or an equivalent degree in ministry or theology. Candidates currently enrolled in said degree programs may also be considered.
