Lovely TB mare in search of a new home

Ava is a 2005 dark bay 16hh OTTB mare. Price is negotiable the right home is what matters. I am happy to answer any and all questions honestly. Contact me for more photographs including conformation shot. This mare is a project. I got her straight off the track and due to my unforseen health issues she has mostly sat since. Shes had some groundwork and I restarted her lightly under saddle a summer ago but that was basically just lunging with tack and some walking around the arena all of which she was perfect for but thats all that it was. So shes basically a clean slate. Shes very smart responsive and sane. She can be a little anxious about some things like coming in the barn by herself but they are literally just due to lack of practice and experience and in general shes super level headed not spooky and very easy to introduce to new things. Basic patient handling on this kind of thing and shell be good in no time. She has 3 nice gaits and has never been lame since I have had her....
