Region Account Director - Compensation: N/A

Job Summary The Region Account Director supervises a team of Region Account Managers (RAM) with responsibility for supporting and managing all client needs after contract closure. This includes but is not limited to customer needs analysis program development implementation process and project management of telemedicine network expansion. The Regional Account Director will work closely with the Director of Clinical Services Product Specialist Manager and V.P. of U.S. Sales. Responsibilities (Specific tasks duties essential functions of the job) Provides ongoing proactive management direction to RAM Team Consistently monitors RAM weekly activity reports and provides direction. Drives program implementation and assures proper resources are allocated to projects. Defines need and provides necessary initial on-site customer training including physician and support staff. Assesses customer confidence and competence while actively advancing accounts toward achieving independence and full utilization of ITH technology. Demonstrates a high level of skill and effectiveness in customer training activities. Develops and maintains collaborative and value-added relationships with customers and ITH colleagues. Communicate regularly and effectively with other ITH colleagues including Sales and Product Specialist teams. Manage all relevant customer information and distribute as needed. Demonstrate a high degree of personal organization and effective management and utilization of marketing material and training tools. Demonstrates and maintains a high degree of technical understanding of ITH products and related wireless tools and technologies. Demonstrates strong team commitment and positive attitude among colleagues. Knowledge Skills & Ability (Specify Required & Desired) Prior experience with implementing or managing complex projects from concept through to completion Prior experience with healthcare industry and familiarity with working within the hospital environment Strategic thinking skills Managed complex customer relationships and customer support Active listening and probing skills Highly organized and able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Able to work independently High energy level and positive can-do attitude Demonstrates confidence and leadership abilities Flexible to unexpected client requests needs and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate for this position will possess pre or post sale account management experience in medical device capital equipment or healthcare sales. Clinical experience and some technical experience supporting sales of high tech or wireless equipment preferred. Must be able to meet standard requirements by various vendor clearance agencies used by customers. Qualifications (Minimum Education & Years Experience required) Minimum 5 years Acute Care Hospital Experience. Bachelor degree Registered Nurse with management or program experience or Experience as a Director Manager in Acute Care Hospital Working Conditions (The environment in which the job is performed outside a normal office environment) Working environment is in a home office setting.
