My services include Assisting the patient with dressing eating toileting bathing medication management. I am able to consult for wound care or hospice related issues. I can perform safety evaluations and make recommendations to ensure the the loved one will continue to be safe at home. I train and encourage families to engage in activities that promote cognitive physical and social activities. I also provide information on support groups and auxiliary services. I am able to work safely with combative seniors and and can assist the family in techniques that calm the patient. I can do routine UTI evaluations. I also provide relief for families that need to be away from home for short periods of time. Families will be comforted knowing that their loved one will be cared for by a qualified and compassionate nurse.
