ADOPT ME ONLINE -XX ---.- dogs 5442The apple puppies are here just in time to help us get ready for Fall These sweet babies were from an oops litter in NC. OPH and our NC partner are getting mom spayed and helping out the owner with food and shots so there will be no more oops litters from their sweet mama dog. These pups are 8 weeks old and 20 lbs This means they will be very large dogs when they are all grown up. Our guess is that they will be between 80-110 lbs when fully grown. So far they seem to be fairly easy going and Our guess is that they will be medium energy dogs. Mom is a German Shepherd mix. We are not sure what dad is. The Apple Puppies are fostered in Nokesville VADue to her small size and young age we recommend that she goes to a home with children that are respectful of her size and age. Because she is a baby she will require an adopter who not out of the home for more than 4 hours at one time to continue her training - no exceptions She is up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and will need to be spayed at the age of 6 months.Please note that because she is so young she s has only received 2 sets of the required 3 sets puppy vaccinations. This is very IMPORTANT because it means that her immune system will not be fully functioning until about 16 weeks of age. She MUST stay out of public places where she could be exposed to the germs of many other dogs for another six weeks after she goes home. These no puppy zones include all pet stores dog parks and for apartment dwellers areas used by other dogs. These requirements are strictly for the puppy s medical safety and longevity.... More Info
