Adult Lhasa Apso

I have a Lhasa Apso that I am unable to continue to care for. I got her earlier this week but have had a health issue come up since getting her. I was told she is about 5 years old. She looks like she was a mommy for a puppy mill and has had pups recently. I call her Trina and she is responsive to that althought the man I got her from said her name was Trixie. She has been very responsive to my husband and I and is very loving. She seems to be nervous around new people but she has become my shadow and follows me everywhere.
