Independently owned Swiss Restaurant in Glendale is looking for a FOH Manager. Must be able to work a variable work schedule (including evenings and weekends as required) ability to maintain a positive demeanor and communicate effectively with staff co-workers management staff and guests in a clear businesslike and respectful manner. Must be able to make sound decisions regarding customer concerns and staff issues. Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly. Ability to calculate basic math functions as they relate to POS cash credit transactions cash reconciliation and product inventory. Knowledge of POS basic opening and closing procedures is a plus.
