LaRue (Fostered in New England) - Female Beagle Mix

Angels Among Us Animal Rescue announces a new Angel Meet LaRue LaRue is a tiny 4 year old stocky beagle mix. LaRue and her two pups (10 months old and twice her size already at the time of rescue) were left to fend for themselves after their elderly owner moved out on them. Thankfully they were rescued or sadly they would have perished there. She was only about 12 pounds and unfortunately tested positive for HW. LaRue has since finished her HW treatment and weighs a healthy 16.5 pounds. She is on HW prevention now and also flea tick products. LaRue and her pup Travis are bonded and need to stay together. They are both shy but loving. LaRue is a sweet girl and gets along well with people and other dogs. She has not yet been cat or toddler tested. LaRue is a flight risk FYI. She must be in a fenced yard or on a leash at all times outside as she will TAKE OFF and is difficult to catch She is definately a hound She is not a barker though. LaRue has been micro chipped and spayed. Travis and LaRue are in New England and waiting for their forever family to take them home The adoption donation is 500 for the pair which includes health certificates and transport north.
