Charlie is a 4 year old chihuahua. He is only 4lbs. Charlie was rescued from a local puppy mill. He just learned how to walk with a harness & leash & loves to go on adventures. When meeting new humans he is nervous at first but soon warms up. He likes kids and other dogs. He is curious about cats and learning to give them their space. Charlie is a cuddlebug. He loves to be as close to you as possible. He is a little guy with a big open heart waiting for his forever home. Charlie is potty trained to go outside and on potty pads. He s up to date on shots heart worm and flea prevention. He is neutered and heart worm negative. He had a great exam & negative fecal. Charlie is located in New Orleans.
