Responsibilities This position reports to the Bankruptcy Manager working closely with internal and outside counsel on all bankruptcy matters as well as with bankruptcy customers to reconcile pre petition balances. -Works with Collection managers to ensure post petition charges are current -Prepares various monthly reports pertaining to bankruptcy filings receivables and cures -Investigates preference actions and works with attorneys on their defense -Prepares and files Proofs of Claims -Access Court system (Pacer) as required to retrieve official documents -Ensures proper calculation of pre petition amounts due and the proper handling of these receivables -Ensures that all related bankruptcy accounts are...read moreApply NowCompany
