Jayden is in need of a wheel chair van been looking for a angel

Hello everyone I have a 4 year old little boy that is blind and cant walk eat or talk he is in a wheel chair and we are on a fixed income of less than 1 400 a month by time a pay bills and house hold things medication and what food i can buy i have no money for a car payment . We have been hopeing to find a wheel chair van angel that can donate to us a working low mantince van so that i can take Jayden to his doctor appointments with out calling provide a ride 3 times a month to go to cleveland Metro hosptial. Jayden and i dont go anywhere unless its to the doctor since it is so hard to get his wheel chair in and out of a car i always have to find someone to come sit with him while i go out to the store . I want so bad to take him to the park or just for a drive to get him out the house but i cant because i have no way to do this so please help us If you have a Van even and your not useing it please I could put it to good use..... thank you for takeing time to read this.
