Adoption fee on this dog is 300. Solomon is a GSD mix that originally came into our program at the age of 3 months. He was recently returned when his owners could no longer care for him. He is 2 1 2 years old now weighing about 90lbs. In his former home he lived with 3 cats. He did chase the cats if they ran but doesn t hurt them and corrected easily when told to leave it . He is currently living in a home with 3 other GSD adult males and a 3 month old female puppy. He shows some prey drive towards the puppy when she runs but corrects easily when called off. Solomon could live in a home with cats but care should be taken to introduce him and be sure the cats have a place to hide when he starts to chase them. He is a very sweet lovable happy bouncy boy. Solomon is easy on the leash housebroken and loves to ride in the car. He isn t aware of his size so we would recommend a home with older children as he could easily unintentionally knock down a smaller child. Solomon loves to swim and would be happiest in an active home with another large dog to play with. This dog is a Level 3. Please be sure you understand what a dog of this Level requires.
