Found a Black Cat-Looking for Owner to Claim

Found this sweet girl on Erie Street in Valparaiso Indiana. All black and short haired. She is very malnourished and blind. She is scared but eating and likes being pet. The vet thinks she is between 4 and 7 years old and does not know is she was born blind or if something happened to her. She is fixed and was not wearing any collar and is not microchipped. She has her claws and has a white spot on her chest. She needs her owner to come forward or find a loving home
