Successful candidates will have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel (there will be a test) a flexible attitude and willing to help out whenever needed the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks a friendly and professional demeanor and a high school diploma. Responsibilities will include answering phones and transferring calls ordering and maintaining office supplies creating spreadsheets and writing letters performing data entry and keeping calendars updated and maintaining binders filing and other general office duties.
