Hi Folks My name is Fred Shelton and I am a real estate sales professional in Oakland CA. with the Keller Williams Tri-Valley Realty Market Center in Pleasanton Ca (see attachment Oakland Tribune San Jose Mercury New News circa (2011) I am a native of San Francisco Ca where I attended Public Schools & San Francisco State University finishing up at Calif State University Hayward (now EastBay) with a B.A. in English & Advertising. After a successful career in the Business Products Industry (office furniture supplies copy paper etc.) I left to pursue a more challenging career in Real Estate. In the Business Products Industry I was consistently in the top three of sales repersentatives and for four years I had an average GP of 37% while the industry standard was at 22% GP.
