Hi all my name is Samantha. I just came into sheltie rescue and everyone really loves me here. I just turned eleven years old but I run around with the younger puppies with no problem. I prefer the steps with carpet and don t like those wooden steps as my paws are slippy. I do have some medical needs and the folks in rescue are following up with my special diet for my food allergies and checking with follow up tests for my Cushings condition. I m doing very well on my special food and my meds and I m 1 happy pup I will need a home that is willing to work with my diet and my medication for Cushings. I will need follow up tests from time to time and will need to take my pill every day and I m really great about that I m a typical sheltie and I like to bark but my voice is tiny like me I just weigh thirteen pounds and I m very petite. I have cute house manners and so love to be with my people and I m a lovable companion and love to sleep on the bed....
